What do I need to move in?
Please fill out the self-disclosure form and the guarantee declaration. For hygiene reasons, you will need your own mattress (max. 200 x 90 cm) and the additional documents agreed upon with the property management team.
Pets
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our facility, as we want to provide an allergen-free environment for all residents.
Cleaning of common areas
The residents of the shared apartments are jointly responsible for cleaning the common areas. It is advisable to have a cleaning schedule. If damage to the interior occurs due to contamination or neglect, the cost can be apportioned among all residents of the shared apartment.
Minimum rental period / Successor / Subletting
The minimum rental period is 6 months. For a shorter rental period, it is possible to find a new tenant yourself. Subletting is not permitted at any time.
Can I bring my own furniture?
You are welcome to bring your own furniture if there is enough space to set it up.
